Join us at Git Hayetsk’s upcoming events to experience the powerful songs, dances, and stories of the Sm’algyax-speaking peoples. Our performances celebrate the living traditions of the Nisga’a, Tsimshian, Gitxsan, Haida, Tlingit, Haisla, and Musqueam Nations, connecting audiences to the ancestral knowledge carried through movement, song, and regalia.
Our events range from large public performances to intimate community gatherings, held in urban and rural settings across North America and internationally. Each event brings forward our copper shield, symbolizing wealth, prestige, strength, and peace, as we assert our hereditary rights and share our culture with respect and pride.
To attend an event, check our calendar for upcoming dates and locations. Many events are free and open to the public, while some require registration or ticket purchase in advance. We also welcome invitations to perform at cultural, educational, and ceremonial events; inquiries can be made through our contact page.
At every gathering, you are invited not only to witness but to engage—to listen deeply, learn, and celebrate the resilience of Northwest Coast Indigenous cultures alongside us.
